The sidebar on the left of Vigilbase One groups pages into Workspace, Services, Requests, Partner and Account. Items appear only when they apply to your organisation and your role allows them, so your sidebar may be shorter than the one described here.
Workspace

Top bar
The bar above each page shows where you are, and any actions for the page. When Vigil chat is on, it also has Ask Vigil, which opens the Vigil chat from any page other than the chat itself.
On a phone, open the sidebar with the menu button at the top left.
User menu
The user menu sits at the bottom of the sidebar, with your name and picture.
- Settings opens your account security summary and the MCP clients connected to your account. See Sign in and Authorized applications.
- Theme cycles between Light, Dark and System appearance.
- Sign Out ends your session.

Just above the user menu, a status indicator shows the current state of Vigilbase services, linked to status.vigilbase.com.
