Get customer Cloudflare credentials

The credentials the caller may choose when linking an account for this customer (docs/security/cloudflare-account-credentials.md): Vigilbase's key for Vigilbase staff, plus the customer's partner's credentials for staff and that partner. No secret is returned.

Authorizations

Send one of these:

Bearer access token from Vigilbase Identity (auth.vigilbase.com), sent as Authorization: Bearer <token>. The CLI gets one with vigilbase login.

Organisation API key (vb_one_…) from Settings → API keys in Vigilbase One, sent as Authorization: Bearer vb_one_…. Read-only keys work. See organisation API keys.
