# Afi cloud backups

> Check the SaaS backups Vigilbase runs for you with Afi: protected users, protected items, storage used and each backup tenant.

Source: https://docs.vigilbase.com/one/services/afi

Vigilbase backs up your SaaS data, such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, with Afi. Vigilbase One shows what is protected on the **Cloud Backups** page.

Open it from **Cloud Backups** under **Services** in the sidebar, or go to https://one.vigilbase.com/dashboard/services/cloud-backups.

## What the page shows

The page reads current usage from Afi each time it loads. The top has four cards:

| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| **Protected Users** | Users backed up. |
| **Protected Items** | Files, emails and other data backed up. |
| **Storage Used** | Total backup storage, in GB or TB. |
| **Status** | **Active** while protection is enabled. |

Two tabs follow:

- **Overview** repeats the totals in the **Cloud Backup Protection** summary.
- **Tenants** lists each backed-up tenant with its **Protected Users**, **Protected Items** and **Storage**. The tab shows how many tenants you have.

Click **Refresh** to read the figures from Afi again.

> [!NOTE]
> These figures show what Afi protects. They do not confirm that a particular backup or restore succeeded. Ask your Vigilbase team if you need that checked.

## When something is missing

- **No tenants configured**: Afi has no tenants for your organisation yet. They appear once your Vigilbase team configures them.
- **Unable to load backup data**: One could not reach Afi. Click **Refresh** to try again.
- **Service Not Active**: cloud backups are not set up for your organisation. **Add this service** starts onboarding.
