# Projects

> Follow the progress, health, dates and latest updates of the projects Vigilbase is running for your organisation.

Larger pieces of work, such as an onboarding or a migration, run as projects. The **Projects** page in Vigilbase One shows where each project stands, kept in sync with the project plan your Vigilbase team works from.

Open **Projects** under **Requests** in the sidebar, or go to https://one.vigilbase.com/dashboard/projects. **Home** also shows your projects under **Projects**, with a **View projects** link.

## What each project shows

Each project card has:

- The project name and a short description.
- A status badge: the project's current stage, as named in your Vigilbase team's project plan.
- A health badge: **On track**, **At risk**, **Off track**, or **No health** when none is set.
- **Progress**: the share of the project that is done, as a percentage.
- **Start** and **Target** dates, or **Not set**.
- **Last synced**: when One last refreshed the project.
- **Recent Updates**: up to three of the latest status updates from your Vigilbase team, each with its health and time.

Click **Refresh** to reload the list. **Last synced** shows when the project itself was last refreshed.

## When something looks wrong

- **No active projects**: no Vigilbase project is linked to your organisation yet. Projects appear here once your Vigilbase team links one.
- **Sync stale**: One could not refresh the project, and the card says "Project data could not be refreshed. Please contact Vigilbase support if this persists." Contact [Support](https://docs.vigilbase.com/one/requests/support) if it does not clear.
- **Unable to load projects**: click **Retry**.
