# Invoices

> View, download and pay your Vigilbase invoices from the Billing page in Vigilbase One. Invoices are fetched from Stripe.

Your invoices are issued by Stripe. The **Invoices** tab on the **Billing** page at https://one.vigilbase.com/dashboard/billing fetches them from Stripe each time you open it, so it always shows the current status.

## Find an invoice

1. **Open Billing.** In the sidebar, select **Account** → **Billing**.
2. **Select the Invoices tab.** The **Invoice History** table lists your invoices, newest first, ten to a page.

Each row shows:

| Column | Shows |
| --- | --- |
| **Invoice** | The invoice number. |
| **Date** | When the invoice was created. |
| **Amount** | The amount paid, or for unpaid invoices the amount due. |
| **Status** | The Stripe status, for example **Paid**, **Open** or **Draft**. |
| **Actions** | Buttons to view, download or pay the invoice. |

## View, download or pay

- **View invoice** opens Stripe's hosted invoice page in a new tab.
- **Download PDF** opens the invoice PDF.
- **Pay** appears on open and uncollectible invoices and takes you to Stripe's hosted page to pay.

If the tab says **No invoices yet**, your first invoice appears after your first billing cycle. If you have a Stripe customer account, select **Open Billing Portal** to see invoices in Stripe's billing portal instead.
